Job summary

Net at Work seeks a senior leader to make the company AI native across all business units and shared services. You will lead enablement, workflow redesign, and deployment of a virtual workforce to deliver operating leverage that translates into capacity gains, shorter cycle times, and improved margins.

This is an operating role leveraging technology to transform operations, not a pure technology position. Success is measured by capacity created, cycle-time reductions, quality improvements, and

Qualifications

• Direct AI implementation experience in production
• Deep applied AI knowledge: LLMs, agentic workflows, automation, integration
• Ten+ years in ops, transformation, or tech leadership across an organization
• Proven ability to map current processes and redesign for adoption
• Measurable operating results validated by finance
• Strong change management with influence without authority
• Willingness to work at an aggressive pace

Responsibilities

• Define the three-year vision and the plan to get there.
• Redesign core workflows around AI capabilities, not just automating current steps.
• Build a digital workforce of virtual workers with real accountability and oversight.
• Drive AI capability across the company with role-specific training and adoption metrics.
• Establish operating leverage baselines and measurable results approved by Finance.
• Oversee internal tool stack, standards, and use case pipeline.
