You will redesign fragmented HR processes, lead automation initiatives, and build a disciplined innovation

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise transformation, AI or digital enablement, automation, process redesign, product leadership, or related technology-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR Technology AI strategy and roadmap with governance, data readiness, privacy, security, and human oversight.
• Identify high-value AI and automation use cases improving employee, manager, and HR experiences with measurable business value.
• Translate AI opportunities into practical solutions from discovery to scaled implementation.
• Partner with HR and enterprise technology teams to align emerging AI capabilities with scalable, compliant solutions.
• Redesign manual HR processes into simpler workflows and lead automation across HR systems and operations.
