Job summary

NetApp seeks a Senior Manager for Workforce Intelligence & AI Products to shape strategy and lead development of AI-powered People Analytics. You will oversee governance, data platforms, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Privacy, and Legal to deliver trusted insights.

You will build and mentor a team, foster responsible AI practices, and ensure scalable, user‑centered experiences across the enterprise. This hybrid role combines leadership with hands‑on product management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team.
• Experience building scalable People Analytics, AI, or digital products.
• Strong understanding of People Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, Product Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and modern analytics architectures.
• Understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and conversational AI.
• Experience working across HR, IT, Security, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, change management, and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for Workforce Intelligence and AI-powered People Analytics products.
• Design scalable workforce intelligence solutions that support HR, leaders, and employees.
• Translate complex workforce questions into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Drive adoption, product effectiveness, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead development of AI Skills, AI Agents, and conversational analytics capabilities.
• Build AI-powered experiences that enable natural language interaction with workforce data.
• Establish governance frameworks, access models, and guardrails for workforce intelligence products.
• Guide development of AI-ready workforce data products and analytics capabilities on Snowflake.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on Workforce Intelligence and AI products.
