This operating role focuses on capacity, cycle time, quality, and margin improvement rather than a purely technical position. Expect an aggressive pace, broad impact, and competitive compensation with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI implementation in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of large language models, agentic workflows, and integration.
• 10+ years in operations, transformation or technology leadership.
• Proven ability to map current state and drive adoption.
• Experience delivering measurable results approved by finance.
• Strong change management skills and influencing without authority.
• Able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Redesign core workflows around AI capabilities.
• Lead a digital workforce and oversee implementation.
• Establish AI capability across the company with training and champions.
• Define baselines and measure operating leverage with Finance.
