Net at Work in the United States is seeking a transformative leader to reimagine how the work gets done by making the company AI native. You will lead enablement, redesign workflows, deploy the virtual workforce, and deliver operating leverage across every business unit.

This operating role uses technology to create capacity, shorten cycle times, and improve quality and margins, with success measured by real-world results, not just tools deployed.

Qualifications

• Direct AI implementation experience in production environments.
• Strong depth in large language models, agentic workflows, automation and integration.
• Experience leading organizational transformation across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Redesign core workflows around AI capabilities and create a clear plan for adoption.
• Lead a digital workforce of virtual workers with real oversight and accountability.
• Establish AI capability across the company with function-wide training and champions.
• Define and monitor an operating leverage target with finance-validated results.
• Oversee internal tool stack, standards, and use-case pipelines.
