Job summary

NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise apps across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Legal.

You will guide global teams in relationship management, requirements, architecture, development, implementation, and continuous improvement. As a senior IT leader, you will shape multi-year roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and drive AI-enabled modernization to accelerate business performance and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology/enterprise applications experience with 5+ years of people management.
• Experience leading enterprise applications across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Legal domains.
• Experience with Oracle ERP implementations, lifecycle, integrations, and support; Oracle ERP Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise applications portfolio across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal and related capabilities.
• Define and lead multi-year enterprise applications strategy and roadmaps.
• Partner with senior leaders to define priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish a product-based operating model and governance for enterprise apps.
• Lead global teams for relationship management, requirements, solution architecture, development, integration, and support.
• Modernize and secure the enterprise applications ecosystem in collaboration with security and data teams.
• Drive AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
