Job summary

SonarSource in Austin works to drive AI code verification and governance with a developer/DevSecOps background. We seek a technical leader to guide a team of Solutions Engineers, remove blockers, and accelerate sales opportunities with customers.

You will balance hands-on selling with hiring, coaching, and building durable, scalable processes. In this player/coach role, you will manage pipeline, partner with AE teams, and ensure field teams operate with standardization and momentum to win

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Software Developer or extensive experience in the Developer Tools space.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers driving a high-velocity sales engine.
• Coach SEs in the field and provide actionable feedback on customer engagements.
• Own requisitions end to end from screening to close and set hiring bars.
