Job summary

Sonar is hiring a Solutions Engineer in the USA to help prospective customers understand how our AI-driven code verification and governance fit into their software development lifecycle. You will lead technical demonstrations, evaluate customer deployments, and advise on optimal deployment strategies with our products.

The role requires 5+ years in software development or DevOps, excellent presentation skills, and strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in software development or DevOps.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of local and cloud deployment platforms (Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
• Ability to deliver compelling demonstrations and articulate solutions clearly.
• Team-oriented with willingness to share knowledge and contribute to improvements.
• Bonus points for being a native Portuguese speaker.

Responsibilities

• Help prospective customers understand how the AC/DC approach fits into their software development lifecycle.
• Drive technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities with presentations and product evaluations.
• Advise customers on deployment strategies that align with Sonar's solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during evaluations.
• Support product adoption and growth post-purchase with Customer Success teams.
• Provide technical enablement to channel partners to raise service levels.
