Job summary

SonarSource is seeking a Manager of Customer Solutions Engineering to lead the Austin CSE hub. This founding leadership role will hire, develop, and inspire a team of CSEs, set culture and cadence, and ensure outstanding technical outcomes for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Support to scale impact and drive adoption of Sonar's AI-powered code verification platform.

Qualifications

8+ years in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing roles with 3+ years in people management.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing technical teams in hubs or startups.
Deep fluency in modern software practices: CI/CD, code quality, DevSecOps, AI-assisted SLDC.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the Austin CSE Hub: recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
Define culture, execution standards, and lead the hub from day one.
Drive customer outcomes across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts at scale.
Coach team members through 1:1s, career planning, and performance reviews.
Define hub operations, workflows, and escalation paths with global counterparts.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to align priorities and resolve issues.
Represent Sonar's technical leadership to customers and executives.
