Job summary

Precisely is seeking a seasoned GTM leader to build and optimize the outbound motion for North America, coaching a growing BDR team and partnering with inbound efforts. You will deploy AI-powered workflows to boost efficiency and drive qualified opportunities, while developing managers and aligning with cross-functional leadership.

The role emphasizes creating scalable playbooks, running accountability loops, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in BDR/SDR or GTM roles in SaaS/enterprise tech.
• 3 to 5+ years leading teams that include managers.
• Proven track record building outbound motion in an inbound environment.
• Experience writing, testing, refining plays and handing to managers.
• Coaching directly and honestly, differentiating reps who can and cannot perform.
• Running pipeline reviews and building dashboards that reveal truth.

Responsibilities

• Run the accountability loop: set standards, inspect work, coach gaps, and uphold performance.
• Develop and optimize outbound motion alongside inbound engine with scalable systems.
• Own sales qualified opportunities and closed bookings for North America.
• Build AI-powered workflows to improve prospecting, research, personalization, and sequencing.
• Recruit and develop future leaders; build ramp and coaching models.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement with a director's view.
