Job summary

Ciridae is building a world-class outbound engine in San Francisco to reach senior buyers at mid-market companies. You will own list building, enrichment, personalization, and quality checks, and you’ll run the CRM and measurement stack end-to-end to deliver measurable pipeline.

The role requires proven experience running outbound programs for B2B software, strong AI fluency, and a track record of turning customer pain points into high-performing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Three+ years running outbound or growth systems at B2B software between seed and $50M ARR, including at least one build from zero.
• Outbound campaigns you built and ran that produced quality MQLs that booked meetings, with the list logic, the sequence, and the reply and meeting numbers you can show.
• High AI fluency, demonstrate an automation or AI agent you built that is still running in production.
• Experience and skills building an AI-managed, high-quality content generation engine.
• Demonstrated ability to turn positioning, pain points, and proof points into outbound sequences that earn responses from senior buyers, and improve narrative based on data.
• Sending infrastructure you set up or repaired and managed: domains, warmup, list verification, and deliverability.
• Knowing when to buy or build and demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver outcomes.
• An attribution setup or dashboard that a sales team used to make decisions.
• A robust A/B testing methodology that you’ve operated at scale and across channels.
• Experience running pre-post live (in person) event campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the outbound engine: list building, enrichment, personalization, quality checks, and reply triage as reusable skills.
• Launch the first campaign in one vertical and track weekly against a predefined positive-reply floor.
• Deploy sending infrastructure: cousin domains, warmed mailboxes, list verification, deliverability monitoring.
• Consolidate contacts, deals, and history in a CRM and ensure data cleanliness for reporting.
• Establish end-to-end measurement: GA4, Google Search Console, and website conversion path.
