Job summary

Notion is seeking a Business Development Representative to front its workflow-first, builder-led GTM motion in San Francisco. You will identify high-potential accounts, run multi-channel outbound campaigns, and qualify opportunities for Solutions Consultants to pursue.

You’ll collaborate with sellers to craft targeted outreach, validate ICP and intent, and hand off clean, contextual information to accelerate deals. A high-velocity, AI-curious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation across multiple channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication with persona-specific outreach.
Sharp qualification instincts to assess ICP, urgency, and fit.
Passion for AI/ML and API-first or consumption-based models.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts.
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to secure first meetings.
Qualify meetings to ensure they are ready to build, not just to talk.
Document clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals and context.
Use GTM tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality.
