Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a program leader to own the AI SDR platform end-to-end. You will drive inbound/outbound engagement across regions, set enrollment rules, and manage pipeline ROI. You will collaborate with SDRs and sales leaders to diagnose and fix process bottlenecks and ensure scalable outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven mindset to maximize ROI and accelerate growth in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running programs with measurable outcomes in GTM, growth, or SDR/demand gen.
• Familiarity with AI workflows in production and ability to specify requirements without coding.
• Ability to build and defend a live ROI dashboard with cost-per-outcome metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI SDR program end-to-end across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Define enrollment logic, agent handoffs, and pipeline targets with measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and leaders to diagnose and fix process bottlenecks.
