Valerie Health is seeking a Director of Agent Operations to build and lead a team deploying AI agents for complex healthcare workflows. You will oversee discovery through launch, align internal stakeholders, and drive scalable production solutions across customers.

You will shape delivery priorities, hire and coach top talent, and create repeatable processes to scope, build, and improve agent-based workflows while ensuring reliability and customer trust in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Formación

• 6–10+ years across consulting, strategy & operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading teams and hiring.
• Customer-facing judgment and relationship management.
• Hands-on technical judgment with code, APIs and data.
• Analytical rigor to weigh impact, urgency and scalability.
• High-velocity, hands-on execution in cross-functional settings.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the agent-operations team from discovery to launch.
• Translate customer needs into reliable AI agents and define scope and timelines.
• Own delivery of complex workflows with engineering support as needed.
• Expand automation post-launch to reduce manual work while preserving quality.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, Customer Strategy, and Operations.
• Create repeatable workflows, tests, and tools to improve agent delivery.
