Job summary

Hello Patient is recruiting a technically adept AI Agent Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery of AI agents in real healthcare environments. You will shepherd net-new deployments from scoping through go-live and manage the customer-facing roadmap for each deployment, defining what to ship and when.

You’ll directly translate customer needs into agent behavior and systems, building workflows, prompts, guardrails, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management or related role (e.g., technical PM, founder)
• Strong technical product background with APIs and integrations
• Experience shipping in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Proven ability to influence across functions without authority
• Bias toward ownership and action, proactive decision making

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end from requirements to go-live.
• Treat deployments as product launches: define scope and timelines.
• Translate customer requirements into agent behavior and prompts.
• Perform hands-on prompt engineering to build agent flows and logic.
• Ship production-ready agents handling real healthcare complexity.
• Collaborate across teams and drive repeatable playbooks.
