Valerie Health, a fast-growing AI-native healthtech startup in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Agent Operations Associate to turn rapidly evolving AI models into reliable healthcare workflows at scale. You will own problems end to end: understand customer workflows, translate requirements into agent behavior, diagnose production issues, and decide where automation can safely replace manual work.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, finance, analytics, operations, technical implementation, product, or related roles.
• Ability to design reliable automated workflows and translate customer processes into automation.
• Strong analytical rigor paired with practical execution and ownership.
• Have strong technical instincts and ability to learn SQL, APIs, integrations, and agent configuration quickly.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementations from workflow discovery through configuration, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance with Customer Strategy.
• Design and improve workflows by translating complex customer processes into reliable automated workflows.
• Own production performance by building reporting, diagnosing workflow performance, and prioritizing improvements.
• Increase automation by identifying why tasks require human review and moving work toward automation.
• Build the playbook by turning successful approaches into repeatable processes and testing methods.
