Job summary

Assort Health is seeking an experienced leader to scale its Mid-Market teams, owning launch processes, portfolio performance, and capacity planning. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to standardize repeated requests and ensure timely, scoped deliveries across multiple accounts.

You will guide teams through high-growth periods with a strong emphasis on metrics, customer outcomes, and responsible-AI-driven improvements, while maintaining speed and ownership.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years across consulting, investment banking, or tech, with experience at fast-growing companies.
• Strong product sense and customer exposure; product experience is a plus.
• Experience building repeatable delivery or onboarding processes with metrics/tools.
• Proven people leadership across growing teams.
• Analytical rigor with defining key metrics and portfolio insights.
• Experience building or implementing AI solutions or AI-powered agents.
• Ownership mentality and ability to move fast in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale APM and ASM teams for Mid-Market customers, defining hiring and career growth.
• Own Mid-Market launch process with scoping templates and time-to-launch targets.
• Oversee portfolio performance metrics and build dashboards to surface issues.
• Model capacity across concurrent launches and manage demand.
• Standardize recurring requests by collaborating with Product and Engineering.
• Partner with Sales on qualification and handoffs for realistic scope and timelines.
• Step into at-risk launches and fix processes causing delays.
