Sprouts Farmers Market in Roswell invites applications for a Head Cashier role to lead a fast-paced frontline team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise cashiers, assist with store operations, and help with hiring and training while maintaining registers and security protocols.

The position requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, and 1-2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor, role model in customer interactions.
• Ability to operate front end equipment and perform basic math with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Proactively visit registers to guide and support cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and cash register supply levels.
