Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Demonstrate dependable schedule flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Schedule breaks and ensure policy compliance and safety.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary steps when needed.
