Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by guiding Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Monitor cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and parking areas.
• Maintain security by monitoring exit doors and loss prevention.
• Oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training Cashiers and take steps for disciplinary actions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
