Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Roswell, GA is seeking a Head Cashier to lead frontline staff and ensure outstanding customer service at the registers. You will guide cashiers, manage scheduling, and help train new team members.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong numerical literacy and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service by guiding cashiers and clerks at registers.
• Assist with customer inquiries and issues at the point of sale.
• Schedule and oversee meal/rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Help hire and train new cashiers and enforce company standards.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and store cleanliness and safety standards.
