Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise cashiers, assist with operations, and ensure store standards while maintaining security and efficiency at the registers.

The role requires 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to interact with customers as a role model.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction and support at the registers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supply levels; maintain restroom and parking lot cleanliness.
• Maintain exit door security visibility and address loss prevention concerns.
• Schedule breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements; assist in hiring and training cashiers.
