Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team. You will mentor cashiers and courtesy clerks, ensure excellent service at the registers, and help manage breaks and workflows.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior cashiering with leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Able to multitask, stay organized and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by supporting cashiers and clerks.
• Assist customers at the register and resolve issues.
• Schedule and oversee breaks; hire and train new cashiers; discipline where needed.
