Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of recent cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment and handle numbers accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Visiting registers to ensure excellent customer service and guidance.
• Assist with customer issues at the register and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary steps.
