Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and uphold exceptional customer service. You will supervise cashiers, assist with store operations, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Proactively visit registers and provide direction/support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Manage cashier supplies, cleanliness, and security protocol at exits.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks in line with policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to customer issues at the register and ensure excellent service.
