Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and support staff in a fast-paced store. You will drive outstanding customer service, assist with register issues, and ensure operations run smoothly at the front end.

The role requires 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and role model behavior for customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by directing cashiers and providing support.
• Schedule breaks and oversee compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring/training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
• Monitor cash register supplies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
