Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation; able to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Schedule and oversee breaks, ensure compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and security around cash handling areas and exits.
