Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure excellent customer service, assist with register issues, and help with scheduling, training, and discipline as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, can work nights and weekends, and are reliable with strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to operate front-end equipment and perform basic math.
• Reliable, friendly, and organized; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Assist customers with issues at the register as needed.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training of new cashiers and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and proper cash handling; monitor exit doors.
