This role requires 1-2 years cashiering with leadership training, plus a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will help with hiring, training, and ensuring accurate cash handling while supporting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service by visiting registers and supporting cashiers.
• Address customer assistance issues at the register and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Monitor cash register supplies and ensure security and loss prevention.
• Schedule breaks and oversee compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
