Qualifications

• Prior client service or systems integration experience.
• Military experience is recognized and valued.
• Experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits and/or Time is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP/client application issues.
• Communicate with customers and representatives to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
• Educate and provide recommendations on product usage and best practices.
• Train users on ADP technology and assist clients with questions.
