Job summary

ADP is hiring an HCM Service Consultant III to serve as a front-line consultant for clients with over 1,000 employees. In this role, you will resolve complex client issues and provide training and troubleshooting for ADP services.

Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of client-service experience, preferably in tech, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also support HR, Payroll, or Benefits based on your functional area.

Benefits include a comprehensive package and compensation of $25.91 to $51.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior client-service experience, preferably in a technology-based environment.
• A college degree is desirable but not required; military service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, delivering solutions.
• Communicate and exceed client expectations with strong interpersonal skills.
• Educate clients leveraging ADP product knowledge for best practices.
• Travel for client sites or ADP events as needed.
