Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Consultant to act as the front-line resolver for client challenges, training users on ADP technology, and supporting large client organizations. You will work in a metrics-driven, collaborative environment where clear communication and timely problem solving are essential to client satisfaction.

In this role, you will analyze client needs across payroll, benefits, time, and HR policies, then provide solutions and recommendations to improve usage and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior client service or systems integration experience.
• A college degree is not required; relevant experience is valued.
• Military experience is recognized as valuable.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP/client application issues in system setup, product functionality, enhancements, and client inquiries.
• Analyze complex client requirements for payroll, benefits, time, and HR policy and procedures.
• Seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes in a timely manner for both client and ADP.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues, set priorities, organize, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up.
• Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction and uphold ADP's integrity.
