Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, HCM to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for payroll, HR tech, benefits, and workforce management services. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach through proposal, negotiation, close, and implementation coordination.

Travel to client sites and partner meetings is frequent. Strong negotiation, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals are essential for success

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 2+ years in HCM sales.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
• Experience with payroll, HR technology, or benefits is preferred.
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new HCM sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build referral networks with brokers and channel partners.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Present HCM solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
