Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, a leader in HR technology and services, seeks a Business Sales Consultant, HCM in New York. You will identify and close new business opportunities for payroll, HR tech, benefits, and compliance solutions, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation coordination.

The role requires proactive outreach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build strategic partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities in HCM solutions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with decision makers.
• Experience with payroll, HR tech or benefits sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers and partners to generate opportunities.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies: cold calling, networking, email outreach, social selling.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Present HCM solutions with pricing and implementation expectations.
• Prepare proposals and pricing options aligned to client needs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with stakeholders and leadership.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close and onboarding.
• Collaborate with implementation and service teams for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasted revenue.
