Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in New York City is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, HCM to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for payroll, HR technology, benefits administration, and related services. You will manage the full sales cycle and engage key decision makers through referrals, networking, and self-generated prospecting.

The role emphasizes maintaining an accurate pipeline, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HCM sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline from cold outreach to close.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with payroll, HR tech, or benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners to create opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Present HCM solutions, pricing, and implementation expectations to clients.
• Negotiate terms, coordinate with internal teams, and drive the full sales cycle.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate sales forecasts; meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Travel domestically to client sites, meetings, and events as required.
