Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Business Sales Consultant, HCM to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities in payroll, HR tech, and benefits administration. You will manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to implementation, with travel across the territory and collaboration with internal teams.

The role requires building relationships with brokers and partners, conducting discovery, and presenting tailored HCM solutions and pricing.

Qualifications

• Proactive, B2B sales mindset with ability to build pipeline and close new business.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and understanding of sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated HCM solutions territory.
• Maintain referral relationships with brokers and partners to create qualified opportunities.
• Lead discovery meetings, present solutions, and close contracts from proposal to implementation.
