Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Sales Consultant to drive revenue by selling Inova's services. The role requires hitting quotas, expanding product knowledge through training, and supporting ongoing client needs. Travel up to 25% is possible as part of field engagement.

Base salary is $70,000 annually with an incentive plan that may include commissions and RSUs. You will work with HubSpot and coordinate with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a sales role or related experience.
• Proven ability to schedule and conduct meetings with prospects and clients.
• Comfort with CRM systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and hit quota.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients to promote products.
• Join networking events and industry groups to generate new leads.
• Update CRM (HubSpot) with daily activities.
• Prepare paperwork for onboarding and coordinate with implementation teams.
• Follow up with prospects promptly and plan future activities in HubSpot.
• Uphold Inova Core Values in daily activities.
