On a typical day, you will research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, communicate effectively to exceed expectations, and provide recommendations while educating less experienced consultants.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience.
• 5–8 years in a customer service or HR environment with proven results.
• College degree preferred but not required; military service or significant consulting experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client HR issues and provide best-practice training.
• Communicate with clients to exceed expectations, prioritize tasks, and uphold ethics.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients by translating business issues into solutions.
