Human Resources Consultant

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients and support the most complex products and technologies.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions.
• Proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate with clients and resolve issues, setting priorities, organizing the day, multi‑tasking, and providing prompt follow‑up.
• Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction, holding the highest ethical standards.
• Interpret business issues and recommend solutions or best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists.

To succeed in this role:

• Have at least 3–5 years of professional consulting experience (or equivalent) in a systems‑related organization.
• Have at least 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• No college degree required; alternative experiences (e.g., military) are acceptable.

Preferred qualifications:

• HR certification or willingness to pursue one in the first year.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $45,800 to $93,000 per year, with potential additional compensation including bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits are available starting on Day1.
