Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, a leader in HR technology and services, seeks an HCM Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to contract, negotiating terms and finalizing client service agreements.

The role requires aggressive prospecting, travel to client sites, and the ability to build relationships across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years' sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
