Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiating pricing and terms, and finalizing client service agreements.

You will maintain an accurate sales pipeline, achieve monthly/quarterly/annual goals, and travel domestically for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license for regular travel to client sites and locations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Expand knowledge of industry trends, products, services and broker practices.
• Analyze and tailor products/services to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast; meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Travel domestically for meetings, events, and trainings.
• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Complete paperwork and weekly activity reports by deadlines.
• Attend training and webinars to stay updated.
