Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service Consultant to serve as the front-line for solving client challenges, including issue resolution, training users on ADP technology, and helping clients with payroll, benefits, time, and HR inquiries.

You will work with clients who have 1,000+ employees and operate in a metrics-driven call center environment. Our top-ranked training will help set you up for success and ADP’s culture values inclusion and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of prior client service or systems integration experience.
• College degree is great but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP/client application issues, including system setup, product functionality, enhancements, and general inquiries.
• Analyze complex client requirements for payroll, benefits, time, and HR policies/procedures and seek timely solutions for client and ADP.
• Communicate with customers and representatives to resolve issues, manage priorities, and provide prompt follow-up.
• Educate clients on ADP products and services and translate input into recommendations for leadership.
