Job summary

Clean Harbors in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Field Services Technician I to join a safety‑conscious team. The role involves hazardous waste clean‑up, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials in the field.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in field operations.
• Commitment to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• On-call responsibilities including potential weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies.
• Operate light/heavy equipment and power tools.
• Wear PPE and follow respirator requirements.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments, indoors/outdoors.
• Assist in field sampling and meter calibration.
• Safely load/unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste and conduct waste profiling.
