Job summary

Clean Harbors in Millington, TN is seeking a Field Services Technician I to join our safety-conscious team in the field, performing hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, and decontamination tasks. The role involves rigorous physical work and on-call emergency response on a rotating basis.

Two-week paid Academy training is required, possibly out of state, with expenses covered by the company. Benefits and training opportunities are provided along with a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Background check, drug test, and physical required.
• Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor.
• On-call for emergency response on rotating basis (weekends/holidays possible).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed at all times.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use PPE correctly.
• Support field sampling and calibration of meters.
• Safely load/unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Attend safety and compliance meetings.
