You will ensure cleanliness, signage accuracy, and strong teamwork, with cross-training across departments and participation in training programs to stay aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience in a department role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey ideas clearly.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues quickly.
• Attention to detail in inventory, pricing, and displays.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scanning outs, inventory management, price changes, and planogram sets.
• Maintain department cleanliness and signing standards per guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service using the engagement model.
• Assist at the front end with transactions or loadouts when needed.
• Operate retail equipment and participate in cross-training across departments.
• Support training initiatives and stay current with company standards.
