Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to drive efficient operations in your assigned department and deliver exceptional service to rural communities. You will manage scanning outs, inventory, pricing, planograms, and cleanliness while mentoring team members to uphold standards.

You will engage customers, handle loadouts and transactions, and use standard office and retail equipment. This role requires flexibility in hours, strong communication, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor merchandising and signing standards.
• Monitor inventory and conduct stock counts.
• Manage price changes and signage.
• Execute planogram sets per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department.
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries.
• Support front-end tasks and loadouts.
• Operate retail equipment as needed.
• Cross-train for flexibility.
• Participate in training and development.
• Provide proactive internal and external support.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
