Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to ensure efficient daily operations across assigned departments. You will oversee scanning outs, inventory, price changes and planogram execution, while maintaining clean, organized displays that reflect company standards.

You will also deliver exceptional customer service, assist with front-end tasks, and help implement pricing and merchandising initiatives to drive sales and store performance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a retail environment or department leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to listen, ask questions, and provide clear guidance.

• Oversee department operations? including scanning outs, inventory management and price changes.
• Maintain planogram standards and attractive merchandising displays.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely stock replenishment.
• Lead recovery processes to keep departments neat and organized.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with inquiries and product location.
• Support front-end transactions as needed and operate standard retail equipment.
• Collaborate with teams on pricing, signage and playbook feature implementations.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay current with procedures.
