Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Department Lead to ensure efficient operations in your assigned department. You will oversee scanning outs, inventory management, price changes, planogram sets, department cleanliness, and adherence to merchandising guidelines to maintain high standards.

You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with front-end transactions, and support cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to merchandising standards and maintain displays.
• Conduct stock counts and manage inventory.
• Process transactions at front end and assist customers.
• Operate store equipment and assist cross-training.
• Provide friendly, proactive support to customers.
