Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• 8570 Certification; Security+ certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote hardware support for workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed diagrams and configuration changes for transparency and repeatability.
• Analyze hardware requirements, prepare specs for procurement, and develop installation schedules.
• Deliver site installation and test reports and support network upgrade initiatives by installing and configuring new hardware and cabling.
• Train site personnel in proper hardware use and maintenance, enabling productive use of IT resources.
