Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant IT experience.
• 8570 Certification; Security+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 and 3 support for workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment on-site and remotely.
• Conduct site surveys and document configurations to ensure transparency and repeatability.
• Analyze hardware requirements and prepare technical specifications for procurement and deployment.
